Villa La Topaia is located at the top of a hill from which it dominates over the surrounding valley. The farm house is a few kilometers from Borgo San Lorenzo, in the green countryside of the Mugello valley.
La Topaia has six comfortable double rooms with their own bathroom located inside the main manor house "La Topaia". Inside the Villa are also situated two suites, with small closet kitchenette.
Close to the villa, a farmhouse houses two apartments that can host from 4 to 6 persons in one, and up to 3 guests in the other. The apartments have their own heating systems and are furnished with all of the major comforts.

The farmhouse La Topaia extends over 36 hectares of land and is solely family-run.
The farmhouse has a large swimming pool of 12m by 6m that can be used by guests in the summer.
An historical villa
Villa La Topaia dates back to medieval times, during the 13th and 14th centuries and is the heart of the farmstead. The manor house was the only building on the farm until the 1800s when a large farmhouse, barn and loggia were added.
Villa La Topaia is known in literary circles for having provided the setting for the passionate and turbulent love story between the poet Dino Campana and the writer Sibilla Aleramo while she was a guest at La Topaia. In the letters exchanged by the lovers, the villa is often cited.

Guests can relax in the lawn's chairs and tables, and use the barbecue and wood-burning oven to cook outdoor meals.
